You can get more information about any item by clicking on the item description. This will take you to a page with a full description of the item and a larger photograph. You will also have the option to add the item to your shopping cart from this page.

You can click "add to order" on any item. Once you are in your shopping cart, you can review and update your order and follow the simple instructions to check out and process your order. You can also call our customer service department at 1-631-424-50098 to order.

7. How will my items be shipped?

We ship most of our items via UPS or US Priority Mail, depending on the size of the item and the location it is being shipped to. On some occasions, we may use FedEx to ship oversized items. If you need overnight shipping, you will have that option during checkout.

8. How much do you charge for shipping?

Each item has a unique shipping charge based on the size, weight, and or value of the item. The shipping options and charges will be shown during checkout.

9. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are shipped within three business days. The length of time it takes to get to you depends on the item and where it is being shipped. Usually shipping takes from three to five days in the United States.

10. Will sales tax be added to my order?

8.625% sales tax will be added to all orders being shipped to addresses in New York State. All orders being shipped outside of New York State will not be charged sales tax.

11. What is your return policy?

All items purchased from TripleCrownSportsOnline.com may be returned within 30 days from the date of your order for a full refund excluding shipping charges. All items must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging and paperwork, including the Certificate of Authenticity for each item. Please call us at 1-631-424-5009 or e-mail us at customerservice@TripleCrownSportsOnline.com for a return authorization number (RA#). Your RA# must be included with your return to insure that you receive the proper refund.

13. What if my shipment is received damaged?

Although we take special care in packaging every item we ship, it may be possible to receive an item that has been damaged during shipping. If this happens, please call our customer service department at 1-631-424-5009 so we can arrange to have the damaged item picked up. We will send you a replacement if available at no additional charge. You can also receive a refund or exchange, including shipping charges, if you prefer.
